Day 23/60: Why The Beatles Made A Huge Mistake, which Led to Success

Doncor (link) has had 7 inbound request for loans, two of them are quality. Good work so far, I’m experimenting with both organic content and paid ads.
MM (link) has 2 paying subs, more on the way, is garnering strong readership, and Laurie is showing strong leadership
Kickstarter campaign is tracking well. Our team has an 11 AM meeting, I should have the page finalized by Thursday.
I’m convinced at this point Apple is launching a headset in early June (link). Laurie and I did some public brainstorming (link) yesterday.
Mistake = Mother of Invention
A great story here about ‘Hey Jude’ the song by the Beatles. Their drummer, Ringo, was in the bathroom when they started recording. He snuck back into the room after a minute of the song being recorded, and then started playing as if he was present the whole time.
This is the reason that ‘Hey Jude’ doesn’t have drums (link) for the first minute of the song. An ICONIC mistake.
Builder Lesson: it’s always better to try than to wait around doing nothing, you never know what might happen.
